A must if you have diabetic dogs
We volunteer for a local dog rescue and have failed fostering 101 by adopting four foster dogs, three of which were relinquished when they were each diagnosed with diabetes. We found it very difficult to do blood sugars via lancets and glucometer, so we reverted to using the Keto-Diastix after capturing urine samples in the morning. It has worked out well for us in stabilizing their glucose level, by giving us some idea for insulin dosage for each dog.
