    Didn't realize until after receiving mirror that the turn signal light at bottom was cracked but when I looked back at the photo it's exactly as shown so that's on me. Otherwise, great seller...packaged well and shipped quickly (and the sideview mirror installed easily on my Navigator with a few electrical connections and works great (regardless of the small cracked light cover, lol) CERTAINLY ONE HELLUVA GOOD DEAL COMPARED TO THE LINCOLN/FORD DEALERSHIP

    Shipped fast. Packaging was decent probably could have used some filler to prevent dents or scratches. Not sure if wheel I received is the same as picture, but still have to clean it to see. Value is yet to be seen, but they are more than willing to work with you if there are issues. I would recommend.

    Ordered a side view mirror, the condition of it was great just like the pictures. The mirror wasn’t as advertised so I had to do some splicing on the wiring harness but they did issue a partial credit that I was satisfied with. Overall good experience and they’re good about communication.
