Well built
This item came completely assembled except for the task of bolting it to the trailer. All one need is two wrenches and you are done. Verify you have the clearance between the trailer and your vehicle once this is attached as it does stick out a few inches to one side from the trailer frame and could get pinched during a hard turn especially while backing up. I took the cap off and distributed the glob of grease into the gears that was positioned beside the gears now it works much smoother going up and down.

Good quality wire
This wire feels like it has a silicon covering. Very pliable and easy to work with. I used this to connect my new Relay / Fuse box, switches, & LED Lights. All 8 wires fit into a 1/2" split loom with room to spare.
