Fixed my dead PC
Was a plug and play replacement for a failed power supply in a Compaq Elite 8300 SFF PC. Restored the machine to normal functionality. The power supply appeared to be new and was reasonably well packaged for shipping in bubblewrap, but not in an outer box. My only complaint is that it took so long to arrive, I feared it was lost in the mail.

Used server drives
These are high quality drives stripped out of retired servers. One of two that I purchased has a few reallocated sectors but the count does not appear to be increasing. For 7200 RPM drives, they run relatively cool. I'm using them for scratch drives in machines that have SSDs as their system drives and for that purpose they are working well. I wouldn't trust them with "mission critical" data.
