Good for knees and also works for arm support!
Works great for knees and as a side benefit it also works good for my tennis elbow support.
Neoprene is very good for heat healing!

I highly recommend the Microsoft Desktop 3000.
Without a doubt the best keyboard for the old school person who likes to type. The 300 is better than the 3050, the keys work all the time. The mouse is nice size and works on any surface. The desktop combo of keyboard and mouse works great with just the one usb receiver.
