The package was shipped in an abusive environment USPS tape used by the shipper did not hold up to the trip. The part was in my mailbox hanging out of the packaging within its bubble wrap envelope. Lucky it does not appear to have been damaged. I will find out once installed. Note: next shipment please use new or better tape, tape failed during shipment completely.
