A factory part that does its job well. Sturdy.
This bumper step is a factory-original part and is very sturdy. Mounting is straight-forward, although the instructions take a bit of patience to decipher. The ONLY reason I have given it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I have seen the newer steps that are designed only for the newer (2019/4th generation) versions of this truck. That step folds into a more hidden position. This step works perfectly and performs its job just fine, although when folded, it is still in plain view and does stick out a bit. It's a trade-off, but worth it, as it eases getting into the bed of the truck.
