Black screen issues
1 of 1 found this helpful I've RMA'd this card already once with the first card having high temperatures (88-90 degrees while running fortnite) as well as the screen would lose connection with the card resulting in a black screen for a moment while gaming.
The newegg customer rep was great and helped me RMA the card.
Received a 2nd card, with the temperatures now at a more normal reading (65-75 degrees while running fortnite) and for the first month or so it was not too bad, but I am still intermittently getting the black screen like before. Now the black screen issue is more consistent
Will have to RMA this card as well.
I'd recommend spending a bit more money to get a card from a different manufacturer like Sapphire as this is a well discussed issue online. Unfortunately I took the risk and ordered it anyways because of a sale price.
