waste of time and money
1 of 1 found this helpful After hours of wrestling with looked like a simple placement of some rca connections and a usb plug in I came across a huge snag, the installation of a required app program. It was included on a cd rom that came with the tuner. After numerous failed attempt to run the cd I gave up and then tried to download the install from their website only to again experience more failures. I finally was able to troubleshoot the issues and later determined it be an incompatibility of version windows 10 and the 2003 software provided.

No bothers with. glass pot clean up.
I don't like cleaning the glass pots on the other coffee. machines. Having a light overyour cup would make this machine near perfect.
