Nice upgrade!
1 of 1 found this helpful I got this processor in replacement to a P8400 processor, also socket P. It was a great upgrade since I got twice as much cache L3, and more frequency both for processing and data exchange. Check http://www.cpu-upgrade.com to decide for similar upgrades, this site helped me a lot.
