Renovations for Mom
When the house was constructed, there was no ventilation in the bathroom. That's more than odors, it includes moisture and mildew. This unit is an "all-in-one" unit with light, fan and decorative. Installation was very easy. The drawback is that there should be an "anti-draft" flap in the unit. Since it is vented outside, consider in the winter, when the cold wind blows across the outside vent, it acts like a "wick" drawing your "heated air" up through the unit, and helps drain the house of heat. The flap, which is quite cheap, would help save your heating bill. Once installed, help dry out the bathroom and with "multi-switch" light toggles, one can run power to the unit, turn on just the light, or just the vent, or both. The price was very good for the value. The fan is a little loud, but not too disturbing. Good value.

Replacement well worth it!
My Ultrabook had poroblems charging, No one on the Dell site would help. I found in the forum that possibly the motherboard could be causing the problem. After checking power supply, resetting the system, I wanted to check the motherboard (most expensive part). Dell adds and subtracts certain features on each unit (The nomenclature at the end of the model - T37HN in this case). If the nomenclature isn't matched, some features won't work, or features you don't have are activated. After installing the motherboard, and a few tests, it works like a charm. The high price of the motherboard, I suspect is part of the "disposable mind-set" used to keep "upgrading", for "marginal" change and a lot of work, headaches, and effort. I bought another laptop (gaming unit)when this unit went down. Had to, mom passed about that time and I needed to construct the Obituary. The game unit worked for what I had to do, but its significantly heavier, of course missed "tweaks" I had, and a bit "bulky" compared to the Ultrabook. (Travel in airports and you will find how "really heavy" additional pounds and ounces are. I'm glad to find a store that had the model, nomenclature and delivery to put this unit back in service. Thumbs up!

Drawer Slides and pull out shelves
With a lot of influences on utilizing as much space in a small kitchen and bath, these came in handy. Used to create pull out shelves as well as drawer slides. It would have been nice if they had come with screws or a layout plan for where the slides should be anchored to the cabinet. There was a bit of trial and error, especially finding screws that would work with them. Remember they are generally going into cabinets and may hold heavy objects. Skimpy screws, or ones that fit the holes (but came out of the cabinet) were issues to contend with. But Definitely glad to have these.
