Direct Replacement for Monogram
This product was great. It is a direct replacement for Monogram compactor Part # WC36X5071 at one third the price. Whirlpool manufactures most compactors regardless of the name on the front!!
A great buy!!

Great for the Price
2 of 2 found this helpful You could pay a lot more for similar products made of brass or other cast metal. This unit is light weight made of nylon/plastic, but all the visible parts are metal. A big feature is that the unit can be refilled from the top. So once installed, no more crawling under the sink. It's look is "beefy" and not the "flimsy" look of many other comparable units. The soap bottle may be a bit smaller than some, but the ability to refill from the top far exceeds any issues with this. I am quite happy with the unit and its performance and would recommend it to others.
