A very interesting and entertaining book by an actress of the silent movies era.
I'm a great fan of Colleen Moore's films and I really wanted to read her autobiography. I like that the book has a lot of pictures, some of them never seen on the internet. There are some confessions about her difficult marital life and also very interesting facts about how they filmed silent movies back then. However, there's a lot of pages about Colleen's friends or colleagues that might not be really interesting to the reader. Colleen's style is very friendly and entertaining. There are no mentions to some of their films though, titles like "Why be good?" or "Ella Cinders" don't appear in the book. Perhaps on that topic, the book by Jeff Codori is more comprehensive. All in all, I recommend this book.

A truly hidden gem for Wii
This game slipped under my radar until recently, when I watched a video about "hidden gems". When I learned that this game originally was going to be a sequel to the good old "Pocky & Rocky" games on SNES, it got my attention. There's just little information about it on internet. This is a classic top-down shoot'em up. I saw some reviews on YouTube (there are not many of them) and I was convinced this is a special title, so I decided to buy it. Fortunately, it's still rather cheap (my copy had the price of $15, sealed). After some hours of playing, I can say I really like "Heavenly Guardian". It has nice graphics, catchy music, and the classic gameplay of the "old school" games. You have to be careful though: this game is hard (as any shoot'em up). But it's really fun. So, give it a try. In my opinion, it's a nice addition to any Wii collection.
