    Jay shipped the item right away and USPS lost it in their system. I contacted Jay and he immediately sent a replacement (no charge just told me to reuse delivery on the 1st one if it ever showed up) using USPS "priority" and that one got misrouted by the USPS and took a week to get to me. None of this was Jay's doing and he did his best. Eventually they both showed up after being misrouted/lost in the USPS system. I decided to keep them both and Jay mailed the invoice (w/ postage paid envelope!)

These would be better if they were colored and not painted, the paint chips off after some uses where the knob hit it. I would be happier with white, almond, brown, gray or some other color even if it doesn't match the paint I'm putting on the walls.
