This was an upgrade from an iPhone 5. The difference in battery life is insane. The difference in size and weight is an adjustment but well worth it. I have A LOT of music and instead of buying a separate iPod I went with this. Sure I could have gone with a more recent update and gone with the 8 or the X but they no longer make a 256gb or do the Jet Black. The specs between the 7 and 8 are almost identical. I absolutely love this phone. Great investment.
