Continuous charging

It took 5 days of continuous charging before it got charged enough to run spotlight and the green light was on from day one even though it was not charged or fully charged until 5th day. This is my second one and I threw first one away because I didn't know it would take so long to charge. But now it seems to be working correctly so I am giving 4 stars for feedback.
