Sony CFD-S05 Boombox

I like everything about this model. Great sound and you have radio, CD, cassette and an input jack for mp3 players. I have a large collection of sound media of all types and sometimes I just want something compact to play them on. This also has a 3mm phone jack for private listening. The only negative I can offer is the cassette keys are all gray, no color differentiation that would make it easier to see the keys.

Pioneer CT-F750 Cassette Deck

I have this deck. It is one of the better decks that I have owned. I had the bias set for TDK tapes because that is all I use. The digital meters are really nice, very accurate with peak and average reading. The auto-reverse function with either touch control or button setting to single play, dual side play or continuous play is a plus. The unit sounds beautiful on SA, SA-X or MA metal tapes. Very easy to use and very easy to clean, demagnetize. Dual capstan, high quality heads. The brushed aluminum with blue lights looks nice at night.
