Non-OEM part, fits just fine and works well - Not sure if it will last as long as the original part
This is an economical solution to the Honda HXA Mower transmission cable.
My mower has worked flawlessly for more years than I can remember (bought new in mid 80's). The cable was literally the first thing I had to fix on this mower. However, the replacement part is of lower quality in that the original inner cable was lined with plastic - or did at least in the year my mower was manufactured). The listing picture and details were accurate. Like all cable repairs, I added some lubrication to the inner twisted cable and assume it will last well enough. It is an easy replacement, just take off the transmission cover and note the adjustment mark on the transmission when adjusting it. Honda part number is HONDA 54520-VA3-PO3, this one was made by Rotary, part # 03-10120.
The seller shipping was prompt. It was received on a Thursday via USPS, after an order was placed on the weekend.
