  The part came broke and they sent me my money back immediately I will always do business with these people they are good business thank you for your quick response sending me my money back it wasn't your fault UPS broke the part they should have put it on a pallet they sent it in a box how you going to send something like that in a cardboard box and bubble wrap

  Ebay gives an allowance of 2 weeks for delivery. After ordering, it sat for 1 week without any movement, which was a bit worriesom. The seller contacted me & told me they had to go through the process of testing for QA. They did not have it on a shelf, ready to go. But they got it in the mail quickly after, and it was delivered 3 days later, in the allotted time frame. They also refunded me $15. Came from MA, so the frame was really rusty. Swapped that & installed it, and it works good.
