One thing you should know
The mounting leg needs to be bent using a vice to make it line up with the inner primary cover. If you install straight out of the box you will notice a gap between the boot and the solenoid thus putting the actuator at an angle from what i understand this is a common problem but a easy fix once your aware of it! To bend it will require a bench mounted vice that you can put some manly pressure on, the leg is thick and doesn’t move easy. The gap between the solenoid and the inner primary should be even to get the most life out of it.

Really high quality for a simple plunger!
So if you are a cheap a** and have a knock off S&S super e carb on your bike like me, this will work if you have time and tools. I chucked this into a drill and used a file in a vice to turn it down to fit into my application. The plunger is built for war its nice to buy a product that is of high enough quality to take and modify when needed I have no doubt if i were to put this in my other bike with a real s&s it would work like a charm!
