Health Effective and Cost Effective (nothing "complex" about it)
When I recited my vitamin and supplement-taking regimen to my new doctor, he immediately recommended that I "add Vitamin B to the mix." I wish he'd actually said to "add Vitamin B COMPLEX": my own research, fortunately, revealed that unlike Vitamin C, Vitamin B comes in a variety of flavors.
Armed with a list of the vitamins in the complex -- 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 (biotin), 9 (folate), and 12 -- it therefore became a matter of finding the product with the majority of the complex "members" at the best price. Kaya won hands down, with Vitamin B8 (Inositol) as a bonus!

It's "light-weight" in name only
My HP DeskJet printer didn't get along with the heavier weight photo papers, and in combination with glass frame coverings, the glossy photo papers were TOO glossy. Koala 54-lb satin semi-gloss is just right, zipping right through the printer and delivering professional-grade looks and colors that don't scratch off -- I get to save ink by being able to print at the "Normal" rather than "Fine" setting. I say that it stands toe-to-toe with photo paper in ALL the "weight" classes!

Can resume turning these bags into garbage liners
1 of 1 found this helpful Before they were banned where I live, I always turned my thin plastic grocery bags into "free" garbage container liners. I think twenty-two cents each is a very small price to pay for the satisfaction of being able to enjoy that convenience again, as well as to enjoy being environmentally correct!
