product not the same as original
This product is not the same as the unit I have, and they are the exact same part numbers. The broken unit i have in my Washburn guitar is part number EQ-7545R. I ordered the exact same number from you, but the one you sent has a much thinner face plate around the end that has battery compartment. The new one is 1/16 inch thick without rubber spacer. This is a change from the original and causes the unit to sit wrong on the guitar. Mine has a much thicker face plate on one end for the battery connector which acts as a sort of spacer to compensate for the curve and it is 1/8 inch think without rubber gasket material. They are the same part numbers, but they are not the same parts....... The new unit will not match up with the guitar curve because of this deviation. I am disappointed!
