  There was nothing wrong with the seller of the product, but the Carrier called EVRI that let us both down. Incorrect information put by the Carrier, as it was put that he tried delivering on the Saturday and he has said that they were closed, but little does the carrier know, that the shop where it was being delivered to, is open until 11pm on a Saturday !And from there the Parcel got LOSTSo it either came opened and the driver took an interest in the item, or it was broken.Full Refund given
