Best Decision I Made That Week
I had packed by HP6500 up with the rest of my house expecting to be in storage 12 months at the most, It wound up being 6 years. I finally unpacked and the printer kept giving me an error. It was 6 month new with I moved so by the time I unpacked it was out of warranty. I know printers are not that expensive today but I just couldn't move forwrd until I attempted the steps I found on the internet to clean the printhead. I tried washing the printer head with running warm water which helped but the black was still half tone. I then decided to buy this printhead and it arrived early and worked perfectly. Best decision I made.
