Software Update
1 of 1 found this helpful Since it was an older model, It would not respond to the APP properly. Had to call Bose to update the software on the unit. This took a while since it appeared the APP could not activate the device and only after the tech rep checked the version of SW via a micro USB hookup did we discern the problem. So, recommend updating device as soon as installed. Did not see this recommended elsewhere.
