GREAT
Came as described. No nicks, scratches or dings. It fit perfectly into spot where old (cracked) one was in 2009 Hyundai Sonata.

Great product
For a refurb product it is awesome. Haven't really got to use it yet more in depth but for I have used it for it works really well. There are a few big scratches and dings here and there but they don't have any impact on how the switches works. Who's going to see them anyway?
