Game Changer - buy one!
To go from a small screen laptop with that useless Lenovo finger pad to having a proper keyboard, mouse and dual monitors is just great. The dock port replicator was simple to install - just plug everything in and it works! At first I thought it was expensive but I am so much more efficient now that it has probably paid for itself already.

Excellent Quality and lots of fun
1 of 1 found this helpful It's a beautiful piece of kit, very well made and packaged and just screams quality. Using it takes a bit of getting used to as you genuinely have no idea where you are in the real world after you've taken a few steps and turned around a few times. This means that even though you've calibrated a "safe zone" you can still punch a television, bump into a table, knock over an ornament, etc..
That said, it's really good. It's amazing how your mind can be fooled into believing you're jumping out of a plane, swimming with sharks, flying around using a jetpack, relaxing on a beach or that you're in the cinema watching a movie.
There are plenty of games to choose from and they are mostly priced around £20.
You need to have Chromecast on your TV. Otherwise, nobody can see what you're experiencing. All they see is you jumping around like an idiot and it's quite boring for them. If you cast what you're doing onto a tv screen then others feel like they are part of it.
If you manage to buy for the normal retain price then it's probably good value. Unfortunately I bought mine during lock down and paid an extra £200 because demand was high.
