Easy to use, long range and effective.

This is my second one. The product works perfectly on our dog using a low setting on the static setting. Our dog is one year old and still very much a puppy and therefore ignores the vibration and tone setting. Only one concern, the contact points may come loose and if they or one of them falls out the collar no longer works. Simply check to be sure they are tight when you charge them and problem solved!
