High Quality.
This a well-constructed bag. Heavy duty carrying handles. Metal strap ends. Material is much stouter than the bags we firefighters are used to getting. And all for a great price!

Gets the work done.
Powers thru hardwood with ease.
Well-balanced with the battery at the handle.
The 9.5' reach puts most problem branches in reach.
I was surprised at the work I could get done on a single battery.
The only weakness is the oiling system

Overall, a very good chair
First off.....this thing is HUGE and HEAVY. Make sure you have the room to enjoy it.
It seems pretty well built. The welds look like they were done by someone who knew what they were doing.
Getting in and out the first several times is an exercise in faith. Once you learn to trust it, no problem. I'd suggest an aftermarket adult beverage holder.
Two minor issues keep this from getting a 5 star. 1) The paint is a little thin and easily scratched. 2) The instructions are a joke.
