  I am sorry the buyer was not satisfied with my communications. I provided a full explanation about the problem with the postage charge for multiple items, and promptly offered the buyer options to rectify the problem, including a full refund. Buyer did not reply promptly so I went ahead and made the full refund and messaged the buyer to keep them fully informed. Under the circumstances, it is not fair to give negative feedback and it is untrue that I did not reply.
