Happy-Go-Lucky
I highly recommend this quirky little British film. It's basically a feel-good movie (as the title would suggest), but true to its European heritage, there are a few bizarre moments where the humor is hard to find and one narrative line that builds tension throughout the movie until it culminates in a not-so-happy, but nevertheless educational moment for our heroine. But not to worry, all's well that ends well. This is a great intellectual date movie -- don't miss it. RT, Eugene, Oregon
