Great for managing my migraines!
3 of 3 found this helpful I take the liquid magnesium to help manage my migraines. I used to get headaches every day. Many of my migraines were severe! I was on opioids to manage them and I would end up in the E.R. because they were so severe. For me, the liquid magnesium is miracle because my headaches are much less severe and I don't need the opioids anymore to control them. You have to mix this with juice to be able to take it because it will burn your throat really bad if you don't mix it. I hope this helps someone who is suffering! It worked for me.
