Needed new jugs as old ones were well wo...
Needed new jugs as old ones were well worn and dodgy. These new ones are excellent for size and shiny surface, but, big problem with strength !!!. Faaaar too floppy, - no strength at all and liable to spill if more than 3/4 full. Cannot recommend.

Quick mushroom addon
Have tried many so called mushroom soup mixes that are full of additives and flavourings - yuukkk!.
This is real mushroom freeze dried and powdered, leaving easily identifiable larger mushroom particles when rehydrated.
Either just soup or add to all kinds of meal for genuine mushroom taste.

I have used green tea extract for years ...
I have used green tea extract for years as a means of cleaning blood fats and sugars in diabetes. Works very well and keeps my levels within non diabetic range and helps weight loss.
