this tool is everything you want from a Spiralizer
I tested with a firm carrot....cut spiraled veg to the diameter of classic Buccatini pasta let say the density of two or thee mm..
a dense enough veggie cut to make a decent sautéed veg dish that has body to it.
solid ,sturdy ,easy to clean, great grip to counter
Chuck the plastic....get a keeper

This product could not be a better quality for a French Press
This product is well built, maintains heat, strains properly....cleans easily.
Superior product for a French Press.
Works well with coffee and loose tea as well...
