Does the job
Not nearly so solidly built as the one it replaced which initially was a bit disconcerting. But it works fine and there's no evidence so far that the much lighter weight compromises anything.

Does its job well
Bought it as I needed extra ports for my Sky Q modem. Does the job well.

Good for the price
1 of 1 found this helpful I had some complex light cabling behind a plaster board ceiling that I was trying to trace the route of the cable from the dist unit. I found that the signal was being picked up by all cables in the area including unconnected ones so I had to listen very carefully and work out which signals were louder and softer. There wasn't a big differentiation but I did achieve it - and positively confirmed by a loud sound when the receiver probe came into contact with the bare cable end.
So more fiddly than a professional model but £300+ cheaper.
