You get what you pay for.
Absolutely no instructions with this ladder. Emailed the distributor and was told "no instruction". Look at the picture". Well, the picture doesn't show the ladder mounted to anything!
Don't buy this if you don't have an engineering bend. It also takes 2 people to mount this properly.
Seem to be of adequate quality. We'll see how long the plastic lasts in the environment and if the stainless steel is good quality..

Not JBL's best
Cord from ear piece to ear piece is too short. Magnets are too week. They separate with simple body movement. There is no rigidity to the neck band to hold the band from slipping around your neck and the device falling to the ground. Sound is OK, but seems to be heavy on the higher freqs. I have bought other phones that work just as well and stay secure for half the price. Won't be buying these again.
