Wrong product
We ordered a flexi 16 foot neon reflect retractable (CORD) dog leash large, and we received a flexi 16 foot neon reflect, retractable (TAPE) dog leash, large, I looked for a number to call to talk to a live person but there was not number. We were heading on a trip so we had to use it. We wanted the one with a cord because it takes more for them to bite through that which that does happen, and the last one was 10 years old and it was what we wanted.
