Brand new but dead
1 of 1 found this helpful The battery was completely discharged when it arrived and would not accept a charge. This may have resulted from long-term storage without charging. Google research found that this is something to expect for lithium batteries. It may be unique for this brand -given that Craftsman appears to have discontinued the product, or it might be typical of all lithium batteries.
