POOR choice
This windmill / spinner is of marginal quality as to construction and is very difficult, if not impossible to assemble without much additional effort, to align bearings etc.
It does not react to the wind well and is very cumbersome.
It is also very dark, in color, as compared to the photos, and thus not easily visible.
My particular one had obviously been opened and returned, since it was not contained by the original packing materials, hence it had several bent components. This was not of great concern, since it is made of very flimsy metal and could easily be bent back to approximate shape.
