Front Disc Brake Conversion Kit for Honda Rancher 350 TRX350 Rincon 650 TRX650

Parts made wrong

This is the second disc brake conversion I have done, and both times parts in the kit were made wrong. Both times I was able to fix the problem, and use the kit anyway. With this kit there are threaded plates the the new longer studs thread through. These plates had the wrong thread tapped into them. Luckily I was able to tap the correct thread and fix the problem, but this is unacceptable. I would have given the kit a much higher rating had this not occurred. I hope I was a fluke, but two kits in a row (from different manufacturers) had quality control issues.
