Great!
Absolutely great! I have moderately big wrists, so I didn't need to shorten the wristband. I am a martial artist and also, I have had very good self defense training. I think this is an effective "tool" to add to your piece of mind, but you have to train with it.
The only thing that would make this better would be to have a strong, flexible metal wire encased in the paracord - then, you could use this to defend against knives (and swords).
The price is very reasonable.
Buy one, practice with it and wear it!
