Excellent but you will pay a premium for it

This is a classic cookbook. It has excellent recipes that are actually elegant and classic in presentation and in the way that the dishes are put together. Since it is no longer in print, the costs although less than a few years ago are still exhorbitant. Content is excellent though. Not sure why ebay is asking me for an evaluation months from my purchase???
