You get what you pay
It arrived without any instructions on what to plug in and where, what to connect to what, without buttons, a black plastic box that could be empty for all I know. Not everyone knows how to connect or set up dvds, mobiles and laptops, yet the lack of instructions are increasing, or if they have instructions they are printed at a size a flea would require a magnifying glass.
I’ll be returning it as it does not work. A step by step would cost so little yet done properly I’d happily pay a an extra £5. It’s a shameful way to do business
