Great Product
Have purchased two of them. They are great. My husband has back problems and finds chairs comfortable to sit in and that cushion allows him to sit on any chair....wooden or upholstered. He takes one everywhere.

Super product and easy to run.
This is my third Neato 21vacumn and I love this product. I have one for each floor of the house so do not have to carry vacuum up and down stairs. I have recommended this product to 15 friends and they have all purchased this one over the past few years and everyone loves what it does to help keep the carpets and floors clean. The only fault I can find with this machine is that the battery needs to be recharged more frequently than I would like. It needs a more powerful battery so it can run longer and less time charging.
