  Grossly inadequate packing! Fitted box with NON-locking lid not secured with tape, or cling wrap to keep it closed in transit. Inadequate bubble pack fo fill the empty space inside a re-used outer box. In transit, all the pieces FELL oUT of the fitted inner box and fell to one side, chipping the enamel off of the pieces. Unfortunately, this chess set has been DESTROYED! Either a full refund, or repair of the enamel would be appropriate!
