Works for my UV82
Works well with my uv 82 radio. The top button works for the A channel and the side button works for the B channel. Not sure why the other reviewer is having problems. Their radio may not be set up in dual PTT mode. My only real issue is the coiled cord is shorter than most other types of speaker mics i have used . I wear this one under my arm hanging from a neck lanyard so it is not a problem, but wearing it over the shoulder puts more stress on the cord than a Motorola mic. Sound quality is decent and no problems with transmission
