A revelation
I wasn’t a big fan of Dave Brubeck until I heard his performance of Duke Ellington’s Dance No. 3 from the Liberian Suite on the Newport 1958 album. I had to find a CD of it and this is it with terrific remastered audio. I’m also enjoying the other two albums included on this single CD. Another plus is that the original liner notes are included in the booklet.
