Doesn't perform all the functions I thought.
I had another remote for an older model Eclipse. I thought buying the one the manufacturer recommends would allow me to go through the sirius satellite channel bands. My AVN6620 has 4 bands with 6 channels that you can set. So it has a total of 24 user programmable channels over 4 bands. Even though this is the remote the manufacturer made for these units it will not shift satellite radio bands. Which makes me take my eyes off the road to look at the unit and perform 2 functions to switch between bands. The remote will change between the bands for the 24 programmable FM channels and also the AM channels. So it works, just not how I had hoped.

These are getting more rare every year.
These are getting more rare by the year. This is the first pair I've owned. I've got around 50 watts a piece on them. I had point source components before these getting 100 watts per pair, and these blow those out of the water with half the wattage. I have a 3way crossover that has a band pass mid channel. That means on the mids I can set the low end cut off frequency and the high end cut off frequency on the midrange. I have these just running on the high pass channels tuned to 120hz. No distortion, loud as I would want, and just clearer than the components. The tweeter does have a capacitor and resistor, so in essence it has a good crossover built in. I like them for my purposes. I'm running about 2000watts total. 1000 watts on the mids and high highs, front and rear, and 1000 watts to the subs. All Eclipse except for the Alpine crossover.
