Once again Ebay threatens me with their so called "TOP SELLER" requirement, in my case by not posting tracking for 2 plain white envelopes(which through their own service DO NOT COME WITH TRACKING) I get penalized, this is just an greedy underhanded way to collect 25% fees instead of 13, which is bad enough in my opinion, they did this before once for being .04 under their 95%, as of today according to them I am at 94.579 all because I sent 2 letters with no tracking and no way to get tracking, so be aware that if I fall under their so called requirements my only means to combat them is to remove any items over $20 to keep from giving any more of my profits than I have to, I WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO THEIR GREEDY LITTLE GAMES, YOU COST ME MONEY SO I WON'T MAKE YOU MONEY, I apologize to my loyal followers but until they quit playing games with the sellers we don't have many ways to fight them....

    Item shipped Priority Mail as requested. Once I received it, I noticed the park pawl was worn. Which could be a safety issue if the item was installed "as is". Normally I would return an item like this but I'm in a hurry on my transmission. I sent a msg to seller, describing the issue. He responded very quickly, apologized, and gave me a partial refund as requested. Mistakes happen, the seller was prompt to compensate me. A+ I highly recommend this seller and would use again.
