a great little machine.
For being a somewhat "dated" machine, this little monster can really rock and roll! the reverse stitch feature is in the most intelligent location, the number of stitch patterns is rather abundant, and, the user controls are easy to get used to. Set-up is surprisingly easy.
look...I am pretty much useless at anything regarding craft work. My much better half wanted the machine, and, actually showed me how easy it is to use. if You can find one, grab it up.

thumbs up (pardon the pun)
if You are not a fan of wrist straps (like myself), this gives a nice pull, without worrying about an "oops" moment. easier to use Your thumb, than try to pull back without using your index finger.

You're foolish not to do this
2 of 3 found this helpful the Savage axis is a solid, reliable rifle. The trigger, however...well...sucks. it's heavy, wobbly, and, generally has too much travel and mush for my tastes.
the upgrade kit fixes those issues...rather handily. installation is simple, unless You are a hazard to Yourself while holding an Allen wrench. My trigger now feels worthy of a good hunting rifle, has a respectable weight, and breaks like glass. Accuracy is key to hot only hit, But, to hit humanely. This will help to achieve accuracy.
I must admit...I'm a bit jealous. My trigger lost 5 pounds in about 8 minutes, for less than 20 bucks...Why can't I?
